Robot Body
Robot Arm: This is the core part of the robot that performs the task and consists of several joints and axes.
Number of axes: Common Fanuc robots have 4, 6 and 7 axes, etc. The more axes, the more flexibility.
Load capacity: Depending on the model, the load capacity ranges from a few hundred grams to thousands of kilograms.
Working range: The reachable range of the robot arm is used to meet different operational needs.
Built-in safety features (e.g. collision detection, speed limitation). Servomotors and Reducers
Servo motors: The core components that drive the robot’s joint movements, providing precise speed and position control.
Reducers: Harmonic or RV reducers are typically used to reduce speed and increase torque output.
Power Module: Provides a stable power supply to the robot.
Teachers: Teachers are the human-machine interface of Fanuc robots and are used to operate and program the robot.
